Following-up my order
To know the status of your orders, you should login with the e-mail address and passwords used during the purchase process and enter "My account / My orders". You will find all the update information.
These are the processes your order goes through until you receive it:
1- Purchase Made: you have paid the order and we are processing it, in a short period we will confirm it for further processing. You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the order and this will serve as a receipt for the collection.
2- In waiting: Payment has been made but the order is not yet available.
3- Preparing the order: We are preparing your order for shipment to the BH distributor you have chosen.
4- In shipment: The order is in shipment with destination at the selected BH collection point.
5- Delivered: The order has been delivered and prepared by the BH collection point.
