General terms and conditions

SCOPE:

These general terms and conditions shall apply to: orders of products that are available on www.bhbikes.com (the “Website”) placed by customers in Europe; and the use of all information, documents, graphics, videos, features, music and other services of the Website.

1. REQUIREMENTS FOR PLACING ORDERS/MAKING PURCHASES

To place an order on the Website you must:

a) be at least 16 years old

b) be a customer – not a dealer

2. OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR ORDER OR CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE

The completion of all orders on the Website is subject to availability. We expressly reserve the right to refuse your order or cancel the purchase agreement after the order has been automatically confirmed under the following circumstances (among others), in which case we shall be held harmless against any liability for losses, damages or costs (all payments are refunded):

a) the product is not available / in stock.

b) your billing information is not correct or verifiable.

c) your order is flagged by our security systems as an unusual or potentially fraudulent order.

d) your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 calendar days of your order being accepted.

e) we have reasons to believe that you are under the age of 16.

f) we have reasons to believe that you are a dealer.

g) there was an error in the price offered.

h) we were unable to deliver it to the address provided.

i) in the event of mistakes in the spelling, pricing or other types of mistakes or errors in the information on the Website.

Furthermore, BH BIKES reserves the right to cancel any bulk orders being placed using automated techniques (bots or scripts) that restrict the ability of other users to access our offers and products.

3. INFORMATION CHECK

When you send us your order we may perform some checks on it before processing it. These checks may include verifying your address, creditworthiness and checking for any fraud. Any suspected fraud in BHBIKES.com shall be investigated and, if necessary, legal action shall be taken against them.
