Return instructions and policy
You can return your order to us by exercising your right of withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days. The return will be made through the “Collection point”, after notifying us. You need to contact our Customer Services Department at our email address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +34 945 13 52 02. When the condition of the goods has been checked, the amount paid for the item will be refunded. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account that you provide to us.
Exchanging a product
If you change your mind after receiving a product or you want to exchange it for another, you can arrange the exchange with us provided that it is within 14 days of the delivery date and the product is unused.
