Returns policy and guidelines

Your order can be returned, as long as the product has not been used, within a maximum period of 14 days.  The return will be made through the "Collection point".   

To make a return you should previously contact our Customer Assistance Service, via the e-mail info@bhbikes.com .

After checking the condition of the goods the amount of the article will be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer to the account you give us, excluding the amounts corresponding to the return.

In the event of a return, the transportation/shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
