The product prices will be those displayed on our website at any given time, except in the case of an obvious error. Although we strive to ensure all prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. The order will be considered cancelled, and you will receive a full refund for any amount paid.

We are not obliged to supply products at an incorrect lower price (even if we have already sent you the “Order Confirmation”) if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as such.

The total amount shown in the order confirmation includes taxes (VAT) and shipping costs.

If you pay by bank transfer, make only the exact transfer amount specified in the order confirmation. If you have placed more than one order, make a separate payment transfer for each order, using the unique reference number provided in the order confirmation.

Bank transfers may take up to 5 days to be processed. Your order will be processed on the next business day after we have received the payment.

You may return your order by exercising your right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days. The return will be made through the “Collection Point”, upon prior notice.

Once the condition of the goods has been verified, the refund of the item amount will be processed.

The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you provide.

In case of a return, shipping or transport costs will be borne by the buyer and deducted from the refund amount.

We cannot always guarantee that all products are immediately available in all sizes and colors. However, our stock levels are constantly updated, so we recommend checking back soon to see the most recent availability.

The exact online availability is shown on the product page, after selecting the size and color.

If you want to check whether the bike is available in store, visit the page of the model you are interested in or the product page. There you will find a button called "In-Store Availability", where you can see the stock available in each store. You can also apply filters to narrow your search according to your needs.

If after receiving the product you change your mind and wish to replace it with another, you can arrange the exchange with us as long as it is within 14 days of delivery and the product is unused.

Payment by Credit Card – Secure E-commerce

CES (Secure E-commerce) is the system used for safe online payments.

When using this payment method, once connected to your bank, you will be asked — in addition to the usual details (card number, expiry date, security code, etc.) — for an additional 4-digit personal security code.

This system identifies the cardholder, as this code is a private number provided by the bank directly to the user and does not appear on the card itself.

Your bank is responsible for providing this security PIN for Secure E-commerce transactions.
